Abstract

Over the last two decades, there has been a substantial growth in artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in healthcare systems. AI expenditures in healthcare systems had increased 18 times in 2025. With developments in machine learning and deep learning, the use of AI in gynecology has increased dramatically. It is commonly used to analyze clinical and genetic data and interpret medical pictures. Studies on cervical and endometrial cancer frequently concentrate on AI-based assessment of magnetic resonance imaging, hysteroscopy, and colposcopy. Imaging and multi-omics analysis are commonly used in ovarian cancer studies to improve diagnostic precision. Nevertheless, there has been little application of these findings in clinical settings, highlighting the need for additional study and validation. AI is a digitalized computer system that imitates the human brain&s;s processing skills. This chapter investigates the various uses of AI in gynecology.
