Biopolymer-Based Formulations for Augmented Diabetic Wound Healing
Abstract
Diabetes has grown to be a serious, worldwide health concern that has a particular impact on the Indian economy. Because of its large population and ongoing socioeconomic developments, India is currently the focal point of the battle against diabetes ( Ravaghi et al. , 2023 ). The diagnosis of the condition and socioeconomic considerations are among the challenges faced. To effectively address these issues, it is imperative to develop healthcare models tailored to the Indian people. To ensure the delivery of effective healthcare services, promoting collaboration between the public and private sectors is also crucial ( Das et al. , 2022 ; Oberoi & Kansra, 2020). The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that 77 million Indians between the ages of 20 and 79 presently have diabetes, and that figure is expected to increase to 134.2 million by 2045.
