Structural response of the river barges to impact loads arising during loading of coal with use of 13.5 t buckets
Abstract
CTO S.A. has participated in INBAT project (Innovative Barge Trains for Effective Transport on Shallow Water) supported by EU funds. The Ship Structure Division has performed strength analysis and evaluation of the river barges with novel structural concepts. In the current paper the problem of the dynamic response of the barge during loading with the coal is considered.
