Dynamic behavior of composite piezoelectric shells
Abstract
The theory of composite shells is constructed by the use of asymptotic methods without any hypotheses. Two kinds of piezoelectric laminated shells are discussed. The first kind is laminated shells composed of layers parallel with the shell faces. The second kind is shells composed of thin layers normal to the shell faces or the shell middle surface. As examples laminated cylindrical shells with different orientations of layers are calculated.
