Analyses of shaking table test of a tall building with steel structure connection
Abstract
Shaking table model test of the UHN building was done by ChinaAcademy of Building Research. The seismic characteristics of the steel structure connection of building under earthquake ground motion were studied. Some measures to improve the seismic ability were presented in the paper. The influences of vertical seismic action on the seismic behavior of the structure were also studied.
