Spatial-Based Hybrid Modular Modelling, with Application to the Meuse River Basin
Abstract
The previous chapters of this thesis have shown that using the concept of hybrid and modular modelling leads to more accurate models. The concepts presented in Chapter 5 showed that, in a lumped model, the temporal and process modularization have an added value in terms of accuracy and richness of the embedded information about the forecasted situation.
