E-health solutions for clinical risk management: The Clinical Risk Control Rules (CRCR) methodology and application
Abstract
“ReMINE—High performances prediction, detection and monitoring platform for patient safety risk management” is an international research project co-funded by European Commission, that aims to tackle the limits of current approaches for clinical risk management through the integration and standardization of information along patient pathways and by extracting and modeling risk-related knowledge from clinical processes that can be continuously improved.
