Abstract

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) analysis by direct measurement of the optical emission from laser-induced plasma has been the subject of research for many years [1, 2]. This technique provides a quick and versatile method to analyzing different types of samples that can be inaccessible or tedious using conventional analytical techniques, and is particularly useful for analyze samples with a complex matrix [3, 4].
