Abstract

We report the project of prevention and monitoring of inpatients fall results of two of four hospitals that integrate the Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Central (CHLC), Santa Marta and Santo António dos Capuchos. This project includes the risk factors assessment of inpatients falls using the Morse scale, and monitoring patients who have fallen using the report incidents system. This safety project is included in the Hospital Accreditation Project by CHKS/HAQU.
