Cross cultural challenges in the use of patient safety climate questionnaires: A case study from Saudi Arabia
Abstract
Use of hospital based safety climate questionnaires appears to be increasing across the developed world, as exemplified by the large database of results through the use of the Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture (HSoPSC) (Sorra and Nieva, 2004). There is also an expanding literature on patient safety climate questionnaires which have been developed in a country that is different from the user country.
