Abstract

SUMMARY. Two University Librarians look at OCLC’s CORC project from the perspective of how it helps achieve the goals of the evolution of the virtual library as well as their individual library goal of creating an all-inclusive catalog of the information provided to library users. They also examine the implications of the CORC process on library organizations, including the potential to involve a much wider range of participants in a CORC project.
