Quasi-3D nearshore current modelling
Abstract
A quasi-3D code for surf-zone circulation is presented. Even though the model is similar to other state-of-art codes, the solution proposed for Us (secondary flow component) is new. Thanks to the introduction of an additional degree-of-freedom in the wave driving term, all physically available boundary conditions can be included.
