New two-dimensional model of large-scale oceanic circulation
Abstract
We offer the method allowing to elaborate two-dimensional model which describe three-dimensional convective processes in the rotating shallow layer of fluid. The results of investigations of the non-uniform horizontal heating influence on the flow like Gulf Stream and the results of investigations of the large-scale circulation in The Black Sea which is developed due to action of salt exchange in boundary are presented. There is obtained a numerical method employing explicit scheme for calculations.
