Identification of aseismic structures
Abstract
In this study, the vibrating structural systems with visco and/or hysteristic-damping(s) are considered to be identified. One identification technique, used to linear and nonlinear identifications and called as perturbation statistical structure identification (PSSI), based on the nonclassical modal analysis method is established. According to PSSI, a new analysis model of aseismic structures, Earthquake-Foundation-Structure (EFS), is successfully developed and applied to the respones analyses of the complex hydraulic structures.
