A new method for analysing plate buckling
Abstract
The Quasi-Conforming Element Method is used to compute plate buckling loads. This paper proposes a method to construct geometric stiffness. Using this method several geometric stifness matrices with different precision which could meet different demands are constructed, which shows the method is very simple.
