Creep analysis of reinforced concrete structures by small computer
Abstract
Based on the principle or law of nechanics of continuous media and in- reversible themo-mechanics, a new creep constitutive model of concrete materials has been constructed in this paper and used to discribe creep behavior of concrete specimens done by authors. Good fitness can be found. With the new model a computer programme NONCAP (Nonlinear Creep Analysis Programme for 2-dimension RC structures) is so developed that small computer, even microcomputer can be used for creep analysis of complex RC structures. Two examples have been analyzed to illustrating reliability and practicality of new model.
