Abstract

These sections show the correlations between the observed anomalies and the principal structures positioned and proven by seismic and drilling : on section https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> n ∘ 1 the MEZOS structure gives a negative anomaly : the effect is due to salt. The negative anomaly X corresponds to the LESPERON salt structure detailed by seismic. on section https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> n ∘ 2 there are not many comments to make, the correlations are evident. One point to note, however, is that the LACQ structure is not very obvious. section https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> n ∘ 3 has been made on the flysch channel of the Upper Cretaceous. The principal marker responsible for the anomaly visible above the PAU structure is the eroded Jurassic. finally section https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> n ∘ 4 shows a « hat » anomaly where two bosses are due to Jurassic carbonates whereas the holiow between them is due to the Triassic salt.
