Design of Systems Consisting of Reinforcing Elements by the Operator Method
Abstract
Design of systems consisting of elements whose material possesses the property of creep is of great practical interest. Based on the consideration of a generalized system, Rzhanitsyn [ 72 ] obtained integral equations by the force balance method and showed that the problem reduces to that of an elastic system with fictitious external interactions if the elements are made from a single material. A symbolic method was proposed for design of systems consisting of inherent elastic elements.
