Fine wet grinding of an alumina hydrate in a tumbling ball mill
Abstract
Experimental results on fine wet grinding performed in a batch laboratory tumbling ball mill are given. The effect of various parameters on the grinding rate has been investigated. A solution of the fundamental mass balance is then used to predict the size distribution of fragments versus time.
