Permissible dimensions of unsheeted wall sections of excavations and trenches
Abstract
Unsheeted sections of structures for securing walls of excavations and trenches must not exceed specific dimensions for reasons of safety. A method of approximation is presented for the calculation of all types of sections which are unsheeted due to the technology and/or the design.
