Development of an inverse back analysis code and its verification
Abstract
The paper contains brief description of development and optimization of the code for inverse back analysis and its numerical testing. During computation of a large number of benchmark problems some cases where the algorithm diverges were discovered. List of these cases, analysis of the reasons for the divergence and a numerical technique for overcoming these difficulties are given.
