Abstract

This paper mainly briefs two centrifuge tests on frost heave of pipelines in the Department of Engineering at Cambridge University in England. Some very interesting results, such as continuing uplift of a pipeline buried in soils undergoing freeze/thaw cycles, have been presented here for colleagues discussing.
