Abstract

An interactive buckling approach of Thin-walled Cold-formed Compression and Bending Members based both on the Ayrton-Perry formula and the Erosion of Critical Buckling Load Theory is developed. The results obtained using this new approach are compared with the Eurocode 3 - Part 1.3. results and experimental evidences are also produced.
