Geodynamic Processes in the Mantle and Their Modelling
Abstract
In this and the next chapter, the main problems of deep-level geodynamics are dealt with systematically on the basis of the introductory material and the principles of physical modelling discussed in the preceding chapters. Deep-level convection flows represent the main factor responsible for the developmental dynamics of the Earth and for most of the surface processes studied in geology.
