Abstract

The Maizuru Bay is the typical closed estuary, which is located at center of Japan, is faced the Japan Sea. Nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) have been increasing according as the population increases as other estuaries. In order to keep the better natural environment, an actual condition of water quality has been measured and the transmission of N and P has been researched. Moreover, in order to decrease the level of N and P, the improvement methods which harness the action of marine products have presented according to the idea of zero emission for the water pollution.
