Real time data processing system for photoelastical mechanics
Abstract
This paper introduces a new real time data processing system for photoelastical mechanics, in which two or more isoclinics can be recorded together, isochromatics can be erased directly, and isoclinics can be abstracted just from one image in the experiment. Compared with the traditional measurement in the photoelastics, this new system greatly shortens time of abstracting the whole-field isoclinics, and also considerably enhances the detection precision of the experiment.
