Abstract

Jig is the most widely used piece of coal cleaning equipment in China. In order to optimize the effect of pulsating current on jigging bed, to allow the particles to undergo perfect stratification according to density, the SKTFZ superimposed-pulsation jig has been developed in China. It differs from similar equipment in that it has a twin air-supply system supplied from one air source. Through rational regulation of air pressure and air quantity of the main and auxiliary pulsation cycles, and operating with frequency and cycle values defined in numerous tests, a remarkable improvement in jig performance has been obtained.
