MZ series of coal flotation agents
Abstract
This paper discusses three factors that must be considered in designing a flotation agent: floatability of coal, collectivity and selectivity of the agent, and economic effect of its use. The chemical and petroleum industry by-products are used to develop the MZ series of highly efficient coal flotation agents suitable for processing of various coals. These agents were subject to an experimental study, which confirmed that they have high coal collection ability and good selectivity, and their use has a beneficial economic effect.
