Land deterioration caused by mining and optimum land reclamation technique
Abstract
The paper analyzes the main cause and forms of land deterioration in coal mining areas, and the related hazards. The model for prediction of subsidence is presented. It can be used to analyze and control subsidence and to assess the suitability of various subsidence control measures.
