Development of technology for conveyor belt rope condition assessment in China
Abstract
This paper reports on development and application of the conveyor belt condition assessment technology. The technology has been under development for over ten years in China. The main steps are: visual defect detection, electromagnetic induction detection, and X-ray detection.
