Test rig for quality control of conveyor belt idlers
Abstract
The paper deals with description of a rig for quality control of conveyor belt idlers. Quality of conveyor belt idlers is given by vibration measurements. The paper shows the results of investigations, which gives vibration properties of an idler and a quality rig. Vibration measurements are presented in the form of water fall spectrums and spectrums of vibration for an idler rotated at its rated rotation speed.
