A theoretical model for lubrication with o/w emulsions
Abstract
A theoretical model based on the continuum mechanics of mixtures is proposed for lubrication with o/w emulsions. It contains a set of governmental equations and two sets of formulas calculating viscosity coefficients. The results of numerical analysis agree qualitatively with the experimental observations.
