Mechanical characteristics of the immediate roof in working face and working resistance of supports
Abstract
Based on numerical modeling and field observation, this paper analyzes displacement distribution, the P-Δ l curve as well as support controlling effect on immediate roof in long wall top-coal caving(LTC) technology. FLAC and UDEC software is used for modeling. The relationship between support and surrounding rock of different immediate roof thickness is also studied in detail.
