Hydraulic pressure monitoring system for powered supports at a coal face
Abstract
This paper describes the application of 89C52 chip microcomputer in hydraulic pressure information monitoring system of powered supports in coal face, and the details of circuit and software of monitoring system substation. Each substation of the monitoring system possesses the functions of hydraulic pressure information display, memory and communication. It can display the dynamic changing curve of hydraulic pressure information, by connecting with a flameproof portable computer, which is significant to improve the ability of detecting hydraulic system failure and solving powered support failure in longwall coal face.
