Tunnels for public services built in wet sand by NATM
Abstract
The study describes the task of the tunnel-system, its area already covered by buildings, the characteristics of the soil in earth-moist sand, furthermore the special problems and methods of the building technology and of the tunnel lining. It reports on some interesting problems emerged during the building works, as well as on the results of the setting measurements.
