Abstract
Using water resources in the most suitable way to get the maximum benefit, is the main objective of hydraulic engineers. For this reason, most of the natural or artificial water resources are planned for multi-purposes. Among them, lakes are used for fishing, irrigation and sanitary water requirements, electricity production, recreation,… etc.
