Rayleigh Wave Dispersion and Its Applications
Abstract
Characteristic equations and their solutions of Rayleigh wa ve in elastic soils,fluid solid medium and saturated soils are presented. Discussion is stressed on wa ve propagation and dispersion in layered soik. Some applications of Rayleigh wa ve dispersion in Civil Engineering are introduced.
