Decision support system for water right analyses and control

Nowadays, the water resources user of the State of Bahia in Brazil, who applies for an award water right with irrigation design purposes, must pay all expenses of a hydrologic study. The Decision Support System for Water Right Analysis and Control, presented in this paper, provides the necessary tools to users, according to the established requirements of the Water Resources Superintendence of the State of Bahia (Superintendência de Recursos Hídricos do Estado da Bahia) and considers a technician level as the standard user level.
