In this new concept introduced, a major role is to be given to intelligence in decision making, and relationship evaluation and consolidation upon which the quality of the concept depends on. Tasks will be allocated and distributed in function of planning, scheduling, reliability, and performance. Communication, scheduling and synchronization between different co-operators and partners will have an important role to play. Knowledge banks and partners historic will have to ensure the correct selection and project finalization. Intelligent agents for co-ordinations, scheduling and tasks execution processes are the backbone of this distributed virtual system concept. This concept will have also an important geo-economic impact on the fact that the physical projection of the concept is distributed over geographically distanced partners and participants.
