Abstract

The variant of use of hybrid system for support of early design stages of a product and processes of its manufacturing is considered. With its application receive a set of parameters describing various stages of life cycle of the enterprise. The complexity of modern industrial systems causes serious problems of developing new efficient methods for analysis and synthesis of these systems. In this work, methods are suggested for static and dynamic analysis of a complex industrial system functioning. The methods suggested here are based on CASE techniques and simulation models. The industrial system functional structure is created using IDEFO software, then translated into a simulation model. That model is used for researching the industrial system functioning dynamics. Intellectual RDO-simulator based on modified production rules is used as a tool for simulation modelling. All this results in reduction of time of development and number of iterations due to accumulation of knowledge and partial overlapping of design works. The work is supported by Russian Fund of Basic Research (grant 99–01-01136).
