Internet technology in the remote engineer education systems
Abstract
In the report the analysis program, technical, financial and economical rules of construction of complex full value system of remote university education. This system includes a training of entrants, students, post-graduate students and special modules as virtual library, virtual laboratory etc. There are basis principles of subsystems of training, testing, modeling, rating tests and professional preparing.
