Vibrodrivability of piles at Montoir prediction using a simplified model
Abstract
For the prediction of vibrodrivability of piles at Montoir the simplified model presented at the International Conference TRANSVIB 2002 was used. These predictions indicate the vibrodriving until a depth of 30 meters is only possible with the highest frequency ( 1600 rpm ) of the vibrator. The pile penetration will be difficult through the coarse sand layer (2 to 7 meters depth).
