Désordres liés aux arbres dans un lotissement en Lorraine
Abstract
A group of individual houses has been built in a wooden place on swelling clays without special case and shows importants damages. More than 50 Z of buildings are concerned. Geotechnical studies show off that most of the damages are explained by settlement caused by soil moisture content’s reduction and suction in vicinity of trees. Propositions of solutions to avoid or reduce the damages are done.
