Monitoring Anthropogenic Effect on the Environment
Abstract
At present scientific principles and methods of monitoring anthropogenic effect on the environment are being developed. Such a monitoring system must aim at resolving the following problems: observations on the factors influencing the environment; estimates of the effect of these factors of the environment; and forecast of the state of the environment.
