Foundation problems in limestone areas A case study in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Abstract
During the past decade or so, development of the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area has been very rapid, in particular with regards to the new surge of highrise buildings that have been erected and those that are currently under construction. This ranid increase in the number of high- rise buildings is anticipated to continue with nerhaps even greater ferocity into the near future.
