Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to study the soil-structure interaction for multilayered, nonlineary physically soil system with arbitrary geometric form of boundaries between the layers, accounting the topographic specifics on the free surface. The behaviour of the structure is described by the finite element method(FEM).For the description of the propagation of the seismic waves in the soil the boundary element method (BEM) is used.
