The coupled relationships between mechanical parameters and hydraulic ones of a structural surface and their applications
Abstract
Two coupled formulae between mechanical parameters and hydraulic ones of a structural surface were presented in this paper. The hydromechanics of a structural surface was studied by means of modelling test. The characteristics of seepage flux change in Gezhouba Sluice Foundation on the Second River was analysed according to these two formulae. The research results shown that they were the basis to study and predict the hydraulic characteristics of rock mass, and to carry out rock mass hydraulics analysis.
