Abstract

Some 30 years ago. Delft Geotechnics developed a soil sampling technique which makes it possible to obtain long, undisturbed samples in one operation, without the use of a borehole. With this Delft/Begemann Continuous Sampler. or Delft Sampler for short, it is possible to obta in samples to a maximum length of 25 m.
