Abstract

In the ever-evolving world of digital marketing, real-time campaign analytics that are facilitated by big data and machine learning has become a powerful tool, changing how business design and implement their marketing strategies. This empirical research explores the application of sophisticated concepts and models, including the 5Vs of big data, attention, interest, desire, action (AIDA) model, and prescriptive analytics to demonstrate their capacity to enhance customer interaction, predictive reliability, and cross-platform coherence. This study supports the proposition that real-time marketing analytics can revolutionize the way in which businesses are able to design and implement targeted, flexible, and impactful campaigns. Through real time consumption patterns, organizations can make the right decisions, improve ROI and ward off competitors. This research also suggests directions for further research that are needed to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the use of social media in marketing, such as ethical issues and the particularities of different industries, thus outlining the directions for sustainable marketing innovation.
