Abstract

In the epoch of environmental sustainability practices, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) in green human resource management (GHRM) offers novel opportunities to enhance green Human Capital. This empirical research seeks to explore and analyze the impact of AI and IoT in sustainable HR practices using Kaggle secondary data set and strong theoretical underpinnings such as AMO and SCM-TBFO. The research shows that AI improves the acquisition of employees, appraisal, and prognosis in HR, as well as IoT optimizes resource management and real-time monitoring of environmental conditions. Causal-quantitative analyses of regression and correlation confirm the effectiveness of these technologies in influencing green HRM for engagement and diversity participation. As much as these have been achieved, issues such as equity and inclusion remain as issues that need to be addressed systematically.
